Everything is new, good design in general in the rooms, restaurants and communal areas. Food, drinks, people's attention, very good quality.
When I asked for the bus service to Cancun airport, they asked me the flight number and time...actually the flight was the next day and we would go to a hotel near the airport to spend the night...as soon as I mentioned it they told me "we don't give that service"...and we had to take a taxi. Putting us on the bus didn't cost them anything.
